A & F Waste Services, Inc. will provide one 8-yard can on a lot upon notification of a start. We place the can with a small crane truck so that it can be located behind silt fencing without destroying it. The 8-yard can does not take up ½ of the lot like the roll off can. This leaves room for truss and lumber deliveries.

After these materials are delivered, a second can is placed on the lot to contain the high volume of framing and drywall debris.

After drywall, one can is removed. The remaining can is relocated by the road, on the opposite side of the garage between the road and the proposed sidewalk, so as not to interfere with sidewalk and driveway installation. Roll off dumpsters are ineffective at this point, because there is no place to put them, leaving a house under construction with no trash container.

After flatwork installation, the can may be relocated to the driveway apron. We place the can on plywood or 2 x 4’s. Again the can is placed with a small crane truck, not slid off the back of a truck. Placing the can on the apron allows trades to have a trash can on the lot throughout final grade, irrigation, and sod without interfering with production.

A & F Waste Services, Inc. services every community 2 – 5 times per week, depending upon production. Our 50 cubic yard grapple trucks remove trash from the cans without removing the can. A & F Waste Services, Inc. owns six of these grapple trucks which are capable of servicing 60 or more, cans per day. Since the cans are not transported to the landfill, trash can be stacked high over the sides. Our 8-yard cans can easily hold 10 to 11 yards of debris. On the rare occasion that trash overflows to the ground, A & F Waste Services, Inc. will clean it up at no extra cost.

A & F Waste Services, Inc. also offer roll off dumpsters. They are mainly used on our Town home communities throughout block stage. Upon completion of block work, they are replaced with 8-yard dumpsters spread out in front, and/or in back of each building.

More cans in more places around a building makes our system more convenient while taking up less space.

Our pricing is based on square footage and billed in (4) draws: block, frame, drywall and final. This allows you to know the flat rate pricing for budgeting purposes.

A & F Waste Services, Inc. also offers clean-up services. Services include block cleans, frame cleans and stucco cleans. Our bobcat and labor teams clean and hand rake the entire lot. A & F Waste Services, Inc. provides at least one trashcan per lot. Any trades leaving large piles of debris on lots will be in violation of the trash policy and subsequently be responsible for extra cleaning cost.
